Soooo, did I miss an email about the pay study or a proposed raise? I've heard people talking about some proposed 2.9 percent raise for the upcoming budget year. Any truth to that? I watched another very squared away officer leave yesterday, bound for Apex -- and I can't blame him for accepting a $6,000/year raise.
I love this department, and truly hope the city recognizes what's at stake by dragging their feet.
